Mud Net
Went to Norfolk last weekend to visit friends who live within spitting distance of the sea.  It's a change for us as where we live is about as far from the sea as it's possible to get in the UK.  It's also an ornithologists paradise with huge expanses of coastal mudflats backed by extensive reed-beds.  There are many bird reserves to visit.

Our friends have two dogs and an early morning walk of an hour or more is part of the household routine.  I snapped a good number of shots of the mud as the tide came in.  Even with a 10x zoom I couldn't get close enough to capture details so I've had to use digital zoom as well.  Bird shots follow the mud in a couple of days.
